The company has a first-class modern production plant, advanced production testing equipment and new-model automatic machine. Starting from the batching, products shall go through the fully automated pre-treatment workshop which includes Photo making, PI procedure and cell procedure. Products would then go through some special procedures including cutting, crystal filling, integration, cleaning, patching and inspection, so as to complete the LCD section of manufacturing.

For products that need LCM processing, we will conduct COG, SMT, COB, thermal pressure and assembling according to varied demands, and package for warehousing after strict testing.

We strictly implement the policy of quality priority and continuous improvement, adhere to  full participation in product management, to guarantee the monthly quality goal of ≤2000PPM and the on-time delivery rate larger than 99%. We shall deliver qualified products to our customer through self-control and self-inspection.
